iBlades.ai Limited One-Year Warranty
Thank you for purchasing an iBlades.ai product. We are committed to providing cutting-edge technology solutions and ensuring the highest level of satisfaction with our products. This Limited One-Year Warranty (“Warranty”) is provided by iBlades.ai and applies to the original end-user purchaser of iBlades.ai products.
1. Coverage and Term
iBlades.ai warrants that your iBlades.ai product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase. This Warranty applies only to the original purchaser of the product and is non-transferable.
2. What is Covered
If, within the warranty period, your iBlades.ai product is found to be defective in materials or workmanship under normal use, iBlades.ai will, at its sole discretion, either:
• Repair the product using new or refurbished parts,
• Replace the product with a new or refurbished product of equivalent value, or
• Provide a refund of the original purchase price.
3. What is Not Covered
This Warranty does not cover:
• Damage caused by accident, misuse, abuse, or neglect (e.g., dropping, exposure to extreme temperatures, liquids, chemicals, or sand).
• Unauthorized modifications, repairs, or alterations of the product.
• Cosmetic damage, including scratches, dents, and broken ports.
• Normal wear and tear, including battery degradation.
• Software issues not caused by defects in the hardware.
• Damage caused by failure to follow instructions relating to the product’s use.
4. How to Make a Warranty Claim
To request warranty service, please contact iBlades.ai Customer Support by emailing hello@iblades.ai. You must provide proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order confirmation) and a detailed description of the issue. If requested, you may need to ship the product back to iBlades.ai for evaluation. If the product is found to be defective and covered by this Warranty, iBlades.ai will cover the cost of return shipping for the repaired or replacement product.
5. Limitations of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, iBlades.ai disclaims all other warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. iBlades.ai’s total liability under this Warranty is limited to the original purchase price of the product. Under no circumstances shall iBlades.ai be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the product.
6. Jurisdiction and Governing Law
This Warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from jurisdiction to jurisdiction. This Warranty is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in Delaware, US.
7. Changes to the Warranty
iBlades.ai reserves the right to modify or update this Warranty at any time, but any such changes will not apply to products purchased prior to the effective date of the changes.
